How do you stack up?

The purpose of the "Richard Vining Power Rankings" is to encourage interactivity amongst registered users of the site. Rankings are based on picture voting, how many comments you leave and how much and often you surf the site. From there, all the data is thrown into this complicated formula that is based out of 100 possible points. Additional points can be obtained thru the bounty system.
